# Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cultfashion. We want to ensure you have a rewarding experience while exploring and purchasing our products. 

### 1. Cancellations
* **Cancellation Window:** You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier. 
* **Post-Shipping:** Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will need to follow our standard return process after receiving the package.

### 2. Returns
* **Timeframe:** We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
* **Condition:** To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and barcodes intact.
* **Proof of Purchase:** A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

### 3. Refunds
* **Inspection:** Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding the receipt and status of your return.
* **Approval:** If your return is approved after inspection, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
* **Timeline:** You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.

### 4. Shipping Costs
* **Return Shipping:** You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. 
* **Non-Refundable:** Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if a pickup was arranged by us.
