Refund policy

Return Requirements:

• All return requests must include an unboxing video without pauses, clear proof of damage, and evidence that the Cloth is in unused condition.
• Returns will not be accepted for Size issues as we clearly mention all size detail in product page itself.
  

Return Authorization:

• All returns and refunds are subject to approval by cultfashion at our sole discretion.
• In some cases, we may issue refunds without requiring the product to be returned. This decision will be made by cultfashion on a case-by-case basis.

Return Shipping Timeline:

• If a return is approved by both parties, the product must be shipped within 2 days of delivery.
• Proof of shipment must be submitted within 2 days of shipping the return.
