SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at cultfashion.in. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping & Delivery Time

All orders are processed and delivered within a minimum of 1-2 business days and a maximum of 3-5 business days from the date of order placement.

Please note:

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by an additional 1-2 business days.
  • If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen courier issues, which are beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping Conditions

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • If your address or pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you in advance.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes your tracking number and the name of the courier partner.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Cultfashion.in is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order.
  • All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

Damages

  • Cultfashion.in is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If your order arrives damaged:
    • Immediately contact the courier's customer support and also inform us.
    • Mention the issue in the delivery comment section at the time of receipt.
    • Please save all packaging materials and take clear photos/videos during unboxing to serve as evidence while filing a claim.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside India.
